    四氟硼酸锂(LiBF4)为白色或微黄色粉末,极易溶于水,在碳酸酯溶剂、醚类化合物中有很好的溶解性,熔点在293-300℃之间,相对密度为0.852 g/cm3。四氟硼酸锂具有较好的化学稳定性和热稳定性,主要作为LiPF6基电解质体系添加剂,改善循环寿命,提高锂离子电池性能。在电解液中添加 LiBF4之后可拓宽锂离子电池的工作温度范围,提高电池的高低温放电性能。

     LiBF4已广泛应用于当前的电解液中,主要用作LiPF6电解质体系添加剂和电解液中成膜添加剂添加LiBF4之后可拓宽锂离子电池的工作温度范围,更适合在极端环境(高温或低温)下使用。

      四氟硼酸锂在密闭、干燥条件下进行包装。净含量不大于10Kg的产品采用耐腐瓶包装,外用铝塑膜袋抽真空包装。净含量不小于25Kg的产品氟化塑料桶包装。


      Lithium Tetrafluoroborate (LiBF4) is white or yellowish powder, easily soluble in water, carbonate solvent and ethers compounds. The melting point of LiBF4 is 293-300℃, with the relative density of 0.852g/cm3. LiBF4has excellent chemical and thermal stability and is mainly used as an additive in LiPF6 based electrolyte system to improve cycle life and performance of lithium batteries. By adding LiBF4 to the electrolyte, the operating temperature range of the lithium battery can be broadened and the high-low temperature discharge performance of the battery can be improved.

      LiBF4 is widely used in current electrolytes, it is mainly used as an additive in LiPFbased electrolyte systems and as a film-forming additive in electrolytes. The addition of LiBF4 can broaden the working temperature range of lithium battery and make it more suitable for extreme environment (high or low temperature).

 

LiBFis packed under closed and dry conditions. Products with a net content of less than 10Kg are packed in corrosion-resistant bottles, then vacuum packaging with Al-laminated film. Products with a net content of at least 25Kg are packed in fluorinated plastic barrels.
